Claudio Lugli

The brand’s rapid growth has seen the company  move to an exciting new space in North London.

Since we last caught up with Claudio Lugli, a lot has changed. The brand’s rapid growth has seen the company move to an exciting new space in North London, close to busy, buzzing Brent Cross Shopping Centre. This stylish new headquarters is a unique, creative hub, where in-house operations now includes a unique ‘by appointment’ experience.  Clients can come and see the very latest pieces available, get the chance to see the most complete collection and range of stock in any one place - and meet the man behind the brand, Claudio Lugli himself.

The new HQ has an eye-catching showroom that features the latest shirts, jackets, suits and the other new additions to Claudio’s growing range. Designed to make clients feel welcome and completely at home when shopping or trying-on items, it makes for a unique shopping experience. Tailors are on-hand to make any amendments for a perfect fit and as a showroom operated by appointment only, customers are attended personally to ensure the perfect outfit is chosen. With so many patterns, cuts and prints to choose from, it’s important to have experts on hand and really adds to the experience. Clients come in regularly for wedding/birthday suit fits and Claudio himself can make personal designs according to whatever is required for that very special day.

As well as overseeing the new HQ, Claudio has been working with his design team on his latest line - Ladies’ shirts and blazers. The brand is growing at such a pace, it’s the ideal time to cater for the increasing demand from discerning women for CL designs.

Marketing Director Navid Salimian, has worked hard to build exposure and awareness. Sporting names like Connor Mcgregor, Andy Cole, Anthony Crolla, Amir Khan and Tyson Fury now wear Lugli before pressers, red carpet events and TV Spots. The brand is featured regularly on Sky Sports, BBC and in numerous iconic print publications like GQ.  Claudio’s limited edition pieces are proving the ideal fit for showbiz and sports personalities, providing a stand-out print and trim, quite unlike any other currently available.

The team also take real pride in trading at key events all over the country. This year they will be seen at the Goodwood Festival of Speed/Revival, the Burghley and Badminton Horse trials, the Royal Cornwall Show and Farnborough Airshow. With their rapidly growing client base, CL now caters for a wide spectrum of events - the brand is increasingly being seen as the very latest in British style and heritage, perfect for these mainstream media events where it’s so important to make a mark.

The latest CL collections are available on their website (claudioluglishirts.com). Check it out to see the latest designs and prints as the new lines are released and to book an appointment for when you’re next in North London. Do make it soon - CL and his team look forward to seeing you.
